~~THE TESTS~~
By: Yeremia Aryo 8B
Dear readers,
Now we are talking about ‘Life is Full of Tests’. What is in your mind hearing the word “test”?  Most of us tend to think that all  tests are difficult.. No wonder, many of them  give up as they are facing  a (difficult) test. But, have you ever thought that all  tests can be solved because God will never give us a test that we can’t  find the way out.
For a simple example, when someone isn’t good at mathematic and try to do ‘Sudoku’ (mathematic game), he might think that the ‘Sudoku’ is very difficult. “Sudoku” is a game which has been designed to be solved in such a way. He is not able to solve the problem in ‘Sudoku’ because he gives up easily, he does not let his mind free to get the answer, he has cut off  his own way to find out the answer.  But if he does the contratry, if he takes time to work with that “numerical crossword” puzzle patiently, I am sure he will be able to fulfill the blank boxes in that ‘Sudoku’.
Here some tips I give to you when you find a hard test:
1.       Never say give up and always try it over and over again
2.       Always be optimistic and never be the contrary
3.       Ask your friend to help you solve the problem
4.       If none of them (your friends) have got any ideas or willingness to help you out, then come to your parents  or teacher who—I believe—are always ready to give a hand for any problems we are dealing with.
5.       The best way: Pray to God. Ask God for some help, because God will help us dealing with all matters in our life.

Fun and full of inspirational moments on the 21st April 2010 when we were celebrating the birth of R.,A. Kartini. Her life was full of tests, yesssss…….because she had to break the culture and rules just to let women in her era get opportunity  to go to school and study, get better education, to make a quality life…

And …nowadays…..how we keep her spirits, how men are able to have fun too and feel her spirits as well?.....Let’s check it out.. J

Life Is Full Of Tests
 Theodora S. 7A-34

Oh, no! I woke up late this morning. In a hurry, I prepared myself for school. I took a bath, and….damn! The water didn’t run at all. Malang had no water for two days. My mom asked some water from my neighbor and we had to carry it by ourselves! I went to school without taking a bath, just washed my face.

At school I did the math test. The test was difficult. I wasn’t sure if I could get good mark. Then the Geography teacher distributed the last week test. I almost cried because I didn’t pass the grade.

I was glad when the school bell rang. I went to parking area to pick up my bicycle. My heart beat because I couldn’t find my cycle. I looked around school, ran here and there to find it. At last, I saw it leaned against the big school gate. The standard stick was broken, the paint was cracked on several spots. I got very upset. How can people in a school which has a “Go Green” motto treat one of its students who support green environment in such bad manner? (wondering…who had done that to me…)

Today was a bad day for me. I realized that life is not easy. It is full of tests and problems. I have to be strong and fight hard for the living. So, don’t give up, keep struggling.

WELCOME : Inspirational Quotes

It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed

Failure is blindness to the strategic element in events; success is readiness for instant action when the opportune moment arrives
